Colorectal Cancer Cancer Survivors Share Their Stories
Every cancer patient has a story to tell.
These colorectal patients and survivors share their experiences of going through colon and rectal cancer treatment, including their diagnosis, any side effects and what helped them make it through their journey. Whether it’s hope and inspiration, practical information or tips, each of their stories are as unique as the survivors in the videos. For more information on colon cancer and rectal cancer and their symptoms, please visit our colorectal cancer awareness page.
Please take a moment to look over these profiles in courage. While March is officially Colon Cancer Awareness month, colon and rectal cancer education, including screening for it, is a year-round job. Your average risk is one in twenty of being affected by colon cancer during your life, but colorectal cancer also affects the lives of many others, such as families, friends and co-workers. We hope these videos help inspire, as well as get the word out on colorectal cancer awareness and the importance of early detection.
